Dear Tech Skool Community,

As we wrap the 2nd term and 1st term of the October 2023 and January 2024 learning sessions respectively, we are filled with a profound sense of satisfaction and pride in all that we have accomplished together. This term has been exceptional, marked by significant achievements, exciting developments, and a deep sense of community spirit.

Reflecting on a Successful Term:

Our learners have witnessed remarkable growth and progress, from mastering new skills to tackling complex challenges. As we look back on the past few months, we can’t help but feel a sense of gratitude for the opportunity to be part of such a dynamic and vibrant learning community.

Highlights of the Term

Mentorship Sessions: One of the most exciting developments this term has been the introduction of mentorship sessions through our Junior Mentors and Ambassadors Program. Led by tech prodigies Joshua Agboola and Victoria Yorke, these sessions have provided invaluable guidance and support to our learners, helping them navigate their academic and professional journeys with confidence and clarity.

Time Out with the Principal: Our “Time Out with the Principal” program has been a resounding success, providing learners with a unique opportunity to engage directly with the principal in productive and meaningful discussions. These sessions have fostered open communication, collaboration, and a deeper sense of connection within the Tech Skool community.

Increased Learning Days: In response to feedback from our learners, we have increased the number of live classes per week from one to two. This initiative has allowed learners to engage more deeply with course materials, participate in interactive discussions, and receive real-time feedback from instructors, resulting in a richer and more immersive learning experience for all.

Tech Skool Prep Sessions: Recognizing the importance of providing additional support to our learners, we introduced the Tech Skool Prep sessions to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to thrive academically. These sessions have been instrumental in helping learners stay on track with their coursework, address any challenges they may be facing, and build a strong foundation for future success.

Looking ahead, we have an exciting lineup of events and initiatives planned for the upcoming term:

• Monthly IG Live featuring the Junior Mentors and Ambassadors: Don’t miss our monthly engagement sessions on Instagram, featuring topics related to tech and entrepreneurship with our Junior Mentors and Ambassadors. Follow us at: www.instagram.com/techskooledu
• Admissions for April 2024 Learning Session: Resumption for ongoing sessions and the April 2024 learning session commences on the 22nd of April. Admission is open for the April 2024 learning session, enroll at :www.techskool.org/k12
• Competitions: Our learners are gearing up for the upcoming STEM festival. Get ready to witness great outcome and innovation!
• Tech Summer 2024: Tech Summer is an annual camp for kids and teens, designed as a project-based program for kids and teens to develop relatable Tech skills. The next version starts on the 1st of August 2024. Watch highlights and join the waitlist: www.techskool.org/summer
• Junior Internship: Exciting internship opportunities will be available for our learners upon completion of their learning session. Keep an eye out for more information coming soon.

Important Reminder

Please note that the resumption date for the next term is April 22nd and all payments for the term should be made on or before April 22nd to ensure seamless enrollment for the upcoming term.
